Only stock items can be returned within 10 days of purchase.
Condition of returned item must be unworn and with its original packaging.
A 20% restocking fee will be enforced for any returns.
Returns should be shipped by certified registered mail and insured for the value of the merchandise.
The refund as described on terms above will be issued via cheque upon receipt of returned items.

Third parties services requested for any purchase or special orders, such as appraisals and gemological laboratory reports (GIA, IGI reports and others) are not refundable.
All special order sales are final.
A 50% deposit of the total sale is required to initiate the process of sourcing the components and manufacturing any special order.
In the eventuality of a job cancellation after the formalization and deposit of the special order, a 20 % restocking fee will be applied and the remaining 30% of the deposit will be refunded.
If the job being cancelled utilizes components supplied by the customer, they all will be returned, but reassembly of the original items supplied to original condition will not be of BD Bespoke Jewelry Designs responsibility.
The remaining balance for the purchase/special order is due upon delivery.
Manufacturing and Delivery
The average time frame for manufacturing and delivery of special orders is 4-6 weeks. Depending on complexity of task, it could require additional time for completion.
Any modifications requested to the original approved concept will incur additional pertaining cost if manufacturing process has already been initiated.
